Expected Competencies

  1. Leadership Synthesis and Reflection
    Integrate leadership learning and personal transformation by reflecting on one's journey throughout the M.A. in Organizational Leadership program. Demonstrate a mature, self-aware leadership philosophy grounded in servant-leadership theory and personal experience.

  2. Digital ePortfolio Development
    Curate a professional digital ePortfolio showcasing personal growth, academic artifacts, leadership philosophy, and evidence of applied competencies across the graduate program.

  3. Leadership Dialogue and Community Engagement
    Engage in critical peer dialogue to revisit the “Philosophy of Leadership” written during ORGL-500 and discuss its evolution. Demonstrate active listening, community building, and collaborative leadership thinking.

  4. Demonstrated Mastery of Organizational Leadership Competencies
    Present a comprehensive and integrated understanding of organizational leadership principles, theories, and frameworks across coursework, professional practice, and a capstone project or theoretical article.
