Beginning with the self. Moving outward into the world.
Six sessions over three months. Each one moves the work one circle outward — from the deepest interior toward the widest sphere of contribution. The inner work enables the outer work, at every level.
The arc follows the shape that transformation actually takes. You cannot lead a family from a self you have not attended to. You cannot contribute meaningfully to a community from a home life in disarray. Each sphere depends on the interior work done in the one before it.

Each session holds its own focus, questions, and outcome — and each one builds on what preceded it.
The Self — building your foundation
We begin where all genuine work begins: with you. Not the role you hold, the accomplishments you carry, or the person others expect you to be — but the self beneath all of that. Together we explore your core values, the limiting beliefs that quietly shape your decisions, and the self-awareness that makes growth possible. We examine what fuels your energy, what brings meaning, and what vision of thriving is genuinely yours rather than inherited.
Outcome: A strong personal foundation from which every other dimension of the work can grow.
The Family — understanding your first formation
Family — however you define it — is where most of us first encountered leadership: being led, leading others, navigating care and conflict and belonging. The patterns we developed there did not stay there. They traveled with us into every relationship, every team, every community we have ever inhabited. In this session we trace those patterns — not to assign blame or rehearse grievance, but to understand the origins of the leadership style you carry today, and to choose which patterns to carry forward and which to rewrite.
Outcome: Deeper self-awareness of how early formation shapes current leadership, and clarity about the narrative you are intentionally crafting.
The Community — expanding your influence
Leadership does not live only in organizations and institutions. It lives in neighborhoods, in civic spaces, in the relationships you hold with people who share your place. In this session we explore your role in the communities you inhabit — and how the presence you bring there reflects, shapes, and extends your personal brand as a leader. We examine the contribution you are making, the connections you are building, and the ways your values are expressed — or waiting to be expressed — in the world beyond your front door.
Outcome: A clearer sense of purpose within your community and a personal brand grounded in genuine values rather than performed identity.
The Career — aligning work with who you are
Work is one of the most significant places a person's values are either expressed or compromised. In this session we examine the thread that connects your professional life to your personal formation — who shaped your work ethic, what values you carry into every role, where your work aligns with who you are becoming, and where the misalignment is costing you. Using personality and strengths frameworks as one lens among many, we develop a clearer picture of the professional contribution that is distinctively yours to make.
Outcome: Enhanced professional clarity and a grounded plan for creating meaningful contribution in your career.
The Globe — situating yourself in the wider world
Your worldview — the philosophical framework through which you interpret experience, make decisions, and understand your place in the world — is not fixed. It has been shaped by everything you have lived, and it continues to evolve. In this session we examine the lens through which you see the world: the cultural, spiritual, and social values that animate it; the questions of purpose and legacy it raises; and the ways it either expands or contracts your capacity to lead across difference, to serve across boundaries, and to contribute to something larger than your own life.
Outcome: A purpose-driven outlook grounded in a conscious, examined worldview — and actionable steps toward your broader legacy.
Courageous Steps — commissioning what comes next
The final session is not a conclusion. It is a commissioning. We revisit and integrate the full arc of the work — from the self outward — and craft a roadmap for what comes next, with milestones at 3, 6, 12, and 18 months. The goal of this work was never dependency on a coach. It was your growing capacity to lead from within — to bring the whole of who you are to every dimension of your life, and to inspire that wholeness in the people and communities around you. This session sends you forward equipped, not finished.
Outcome: An integrated roadmap for sustained growth — and the confidence to take the next courageous step on your own terms.
